They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
