I found Catherine Dremel to be patronizing and unhelpful. She made belittling comments with the assumption that I could not understand the information she was providing. She became defensive when I asked follow-up questions or for clarification. Her bedside manner with my 3 year old son was terrible in that she did not attempt to get to know him a bit before asking him to do a number of things. Of course, he was uncomfortable and did not comply. She pushed for us to get an MRI with minimal explanation and became irritated when we opted to try something less invasive (physical therapy) before putting our son through an MRI.
