I was very impressed with my first telephone call. With most of my calls
to Medical Offices, I have to wait for several minutes to hear all the
options I have to reach different parties. Once I decide on this, I am usually
told, "I am away from my desk of with another patient. Please leave a
detailed message, along with name, date of birth, etc, etc and I will call you
back." With some offices, you get this message almost every time you call.
What a relief it was not to have to go through that!

I was next impressed with your immediate contact via E Mail to tell me
forms will be sent via mail, eliminating the need to do this when I arrive at
the Office. This was a tremendous idea and a real benefit to the patient.
Communicating via E Mail with most Medical Offices does not exist! I will
never know why?

Even though I got to your Office early, my wait was very short. In fact I
didn't have time to read a short article I got interested in and had to
finish it when my appointment was over. No complaint here!

My appointment with staff and Dr Watchmaker was very full filling. My
problem was described to me in detail regarding causes and possible corrective
measures. Also recommendations as to how to correct the problem, but
leaving the final decision up to me and I chose the least invasive. An
appointment was made for me six weeks out incase the problem is not corrected in this
first attempt, so I can come back for a more invasive procedure. The
shocker here was, that I was told I could decide if the first correction was
successful, and if it was apparent that it was, I can just send your Office an
E Mail canceling my appointment, saving time for all of us!

Of course your Office and decorating is impeccable and very comfortable
and personnel are top notch!

The entire visit was very productive and efficient and I was on my way in
very short order. I hope I don't have to come back, but if I do, I know I
can expect nothing but the best!

I've been telling everyone I know how great greg watchmaker, M.D. is. They really care about informing their patients, and made sure I understood all of my treatment's risks and benefits. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.
