The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. I've never seen a provider look so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. They were cold and unwelcoming here. I felt extremely uncomfortable the entire appointment.
