I have been a patient of Dr. Halls for approximately 5 years. I have a number of chronic illnesses. Prior to seeing Dr. Halls, I was disgusted with having to put up with a doctor who never read my chart enough to get my name right. Dr. Halls is just the opposite. She has taken time before my appointment to review my chart and after the appointment, she again apparently takes time to write detailed notes to update my chart. Because she takes this time and I believe she is quite consistent in doing so with other patients, she may not be in the room exactly at the time of my appointment. But I would rather a doctor know me and be very thorough than rush through a list of patients in a whirlwind type of fashion. Dr. Halls listens to me and tries to understand and will help if I am lacking the words or medical vocabulary. When necessary she will refer me to the appropriate specialist if my problem is getting more intense or specific. For the high quality of care, I believe her billing is quite fair. I have not entered a rating for insurance coverage because I do not know what to compare it with. I myself currently do not have insurance and I am able to work out reasonable monthly payments with the clinic. It is essential to communicate your needs for payment arrangement and I believe this is a very accomodating business office. I am always able to schedule an appointment very quickly for matters that require prompt attention. I would highly recommend Dr. Halls to any patient who values thoroughness in their care.
