Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.
