It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Dr. Dawson is very easy to talk to and has taken time and effort to diagnose my health issue. Once one problem was discovered he discussed the options and the best plan for taking care of the problem. Dr. Dawson also has discussed other options if the surgery does not completely take care of the problem. I have faith in his skills as a physician and do not usually trust that much in someone but he includes me in all aspects of my diagnosis and treatment.
