I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
