They were informed about my medical condition, but still didn't have all the information when I came and didn't seem to ask enough background questions. I worry that they haven't addressed some of my risk factors. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
