considering his specialty favors senior citizens, the move to CAMC Memorial is unfortunate in that it is confusing and difficult to park and find the office for many older folks.

dr. newbrough is not particularly kind/warm and we find him to be a poor listener or at minimum fails to acknowledge what he has heard. he seems to have little regard for the patient's concerns/information, following his own course without incorporating the patient's needs into the course of treatment or lack of treatment. is rarely explanatory in terms of "the plan" or the hoped for benefits. patient leaves feeling disregarded and often with no understanding as to why she had the appointment.

this patient is seeking another physician due to these characteristics of dr. newbrough.
