They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
