Kristin Graham was my OB for 12 years and delivered all 4 of my children. 2 years after my last child was born I had severe pain from cysts and pelvic adhesions(from 3 c/s) when I called to make an appt, they wouldnt allow it, because somehow my son`s circumcision was not paid by my insurance(which I didnt even realize) and we had a bill of 330$. This was 2 days before Christmad and I called and made a payment plan to pay it over the next 3 paychecks, giving checking acct # and auto draft ok. They still would not see me until the bill was paid in full,even WITH a plan, and a nurse wouldnt even take my call. 12 years, 4 babies, and she wouldnt take my semi emargancy call over 330$. I would never ever go back to her, she puts money before her paitents, even lonmg term ones. I am disgusted and have found a new OB.

I was really impressed with how advanced and sophisticated their equipment was. Everything was so new and well taken care of it practically sparkled. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
