Patient support from staff at this business is non existent. Months go by without any response to a simple request. I received a call from one staff member rudely telling me that I should follow up with my insurance to get approval, when I had been waiting a month for their office to provide a simple explanation of what the doctor is recommending so that I can appeal insurance denial. One part of the business doesn't talk to the other, and every support staff member I've had to speak with has been rude. Makes me nervous to actually go through with surgery at this center if this is how they treat patients before surgery.
