Preliminary story: I've been going to Endocrinology Northwest for many years. My doctor was Dr. Nathan Ross. He was kind, answered my questions, always took the time to listen to me, and was very thorough, as well as an expert in many specialized fields. He followed my health closely. Then he had to retire because of MS.
So I was assigned to Dr. Chen. I've seen him once. He was overbearing, rude, did not listen to anything I had to say, and told me that everything Dr. Ross had done was incorrect. He arbitrarily changed my regimen without paying attention to my file. He spent maybe five minutes with me.
I cancelled my next scheduled appointment and will find another endocrinologist.
