I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. The chairs in the waiting room were of the highest quality. I was so comfortable while waiting for the appointment. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place and especially Dr. Brad Frandsen & his assistance
