The most awful experience I had before. The staff is very disrespectful and useful to help you. I had a schedule procedure and the office staff called a day before the procedure and tell me that my insurance still not authorized the procedure and she told me to call the insurance and put pressure on them. I called the insurance and they told me that she just call in the morning to request the authorization and will be 5-15 days before the approval. I had already schedule daycare for the day and my husband ask the day off to take care of me. I was so stressful and looking forward to have this procedure to finally know what is going on. And the in the morning the staff call me and tell me that I will have to schedule to another day. of course is a day before holidays and the doctor is going to vacation until January. I guess they don't give a sh*&^^ about the patient time and conditions, I hope nothing happens to me before I have this test done, otherwise I tell my husband to suit them for negligence and nor putting attention to the details.
