This doctor is down to earth, full of compassion and very intelligent! He explained our daughters condition to us, ensured us that she would have great results if we did everything he suggested and he was so right. You wouldn't even know that our daughter had the eye condition. He and his staff made us feel very comfortable at a time when we were very scared and that means a lot! I recommend this doctor to everyone. You won't be disappointed! They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.
