I have never been treated so rudely by office staff in my life. I brought in my elderly mother in a wheelchair, and the gal at the front desk immediately was hostile. I had arranged the appointment by phone and had come 2,000 miles to take my mother to it. Dr Reuling himself is very nice, but we were not the only ones treated poorly. I overheard the same staff person dealing with another elderly person in a similar manner. I will never take my mother there again.
