I say this with no exaggeration whatsoever when I say that their staff is like family. As a mother of 5 ranging from 26 to 4 yrs old, I have never seen a more supportive staff anywhere! Medication & health issues are addressed thoroughly, in a rapid yet efficient manner. They take the labor out of cross-communication between pharmacies, schools, & other physicians where the situation applies. Truly rare these days! Office manager is dynamite with providing accurate and detailed records where & when needed. Honestly, even in instances where I did have to wait over 10 minutes, I never once left with anything but the assurance that our child was focused on as an individual, with genuine concern and a thoroughness that I have never experienced. If there were more stars, they would get them from us! Colorful artwork and advanced play areas are well-stocked, educational and stimulating. Furniture is extremely comfortable. The comfort of the atmosphere is only exceeded by the warmly expressed actions of Dr Vamenta & staff. We truly feel very blessed to have found this pediatrician. You will never feel like a processed number as many Dr's offices present themselves. Don't know how he does it so smoothly, Dr Vamenta has managed to make this a remarkably multifaceted pediatricians office. We would be devastated w/o the comfort and top of the line care we have grown accustomed to (and maybe a little spoiled by).
