I was under Dr. Barnett's care 26 years ago. My son was born 7 weeks premature. Dr. Barnett was negligent and uncaring! If I could go back in time, I would NEVER have chosen Dr. Barnett as my OBGYN. My son continues to pay the price for his negligence today.
