She was very confident, professional and very nice. I was completely relaxed being in her hands.

The staff was just incompetent. I was never given pre-op instructions, despite prior messages left by me asking, I KNEW certain conditions needed to be met. It was pure chance that I'd not eaten, when in fact, I should have been fasting much longer. (Dr Jones was not aware of these staff oversights I'm sure)
I was told, I would awake wearing my CPAP "because CPAP patients come out of surgery easier with their equipment on"
I woke up with it untouched and still under my bed.

Although it was probably not her responsibility, I feel she should make sure certain procedures are followed up on, patients lives are at stake.

I have nothing but good things to say of her confidence and personality, but her colleagues and office staff are making her look bad.

On the downside, I also feel she needs to spend more time knowing her patients, before surgery most especially, as well as with the follow up AFTER you go home.
