The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard. They served their purpose while I was waiting, but it would have been nice if they were a little more comfortable or if the waiting room were larger and had better or more interesting reading materials.

There are some nurses who are excellent and others in the practice who are not. The nurses are a really critical portion of the team. I think they should evaluate their nursing staff.

I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. I would like it if it were easier to get into the practice. It is frustrating to wait.

Dr. Porter is excellent. Personable and speaks with you as a person rather than someone who has no clue about her body. She has a good bedside manner.

As a whole the practice is fine its just the inconvenience of parking, some of the nursing staff and the wait to get an appointment.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
