They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.

Dr. Oxenhandler is a expert. He did very intricate surgery on my neck that was necessary due to spinal cord compression. He is professional and gives very strict instructions to hospital staff on how his patients are to be cared for. I highly recommend him.
