I got an appointment quickly. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. This doctor cares about his patients and is very knowledgeable. He is probably one of the best doctors in the area but he is a disorganized mess! Always late (if he shows up) and frequently fails to follow-up.
