This is the worst service I have ever experience customer service don't exist leave messages no return calls just nothing. All I get from this Dr. is bills and poor service. Seeking treatment for over six months cannot understand just making a simple appt. is a problem not happy.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Dr West has been my physican for the last 16 years I could not ask for a more, complete, caring, careful and through Dr. He is personal and at the same time professional
