Easy to deal with

I went to visit him for a UTI, and instead I got a lecture. I am a 26 yr old working/professional female. While he was assisting me, I had to listen to him tell me that I should be thinking about having babies and settling down. How he "doesn't understand" today's culture and thought my tongue ring was inappropriate. He also told me that it could possibly be a partner of mine who has an STD and it might not be a UTI. I understand that doctors are supposed to warn you about other factors/dangers when diagnosing, but his other comments made it seem like he was very judgemental of me in general as a woman. Sexist and unprofessional.
