How does one rate a professional doctor, whom you would at least give the benefit of the doubt, that they can determine a simple muscle spasm from a deadly cancer. Well Dr Maizel, the 6 months of physical therapy you sent my mother to was not only as far from a diagnosis as one could be, but it gave the most important person in my life a death sentence. How could someone whom claims to be so educated, be so wrong? Those 6 months in physical therapy that you sent my mother, Joy Engel, could have been spent in the proper oncology dept before the rapidly growing cancer reaced stage 4, when another doctor properly did his job and found out her true diagnosis. As far as I'm concerned, your patients are only numbers to you, and the quicker you get them in and out, the more money you can make. Had her death not caused immense grief and sorrow in the lives of myself and family for a very long time, we would have sued you for everything you have ever "worked" for. We never even got a phone call from you or your staff with any apology or condolence. I hope you pay the ultimate price for your mistakes and ethics. As far as I'm concerned, you are a disgrace to the community and to the profession.
