The staff for this office is just horrible when trying to call them. I work in the shipyard there in which they do not allow cell phones. So during my 30 minute lunch I leave the gates to call to reschedule an appointment for my daughter. I was put on hold for twenty minutes and when I tried to call back they were at lunch themselves. I lost my lunch because of this. Tried to call back again after work where I was put on hold for another 15minutes. It took another 15minutes for the lady to look through the computer to find an availability for a month later. You get the feeling that the staff is undermanned and does not really care about the customer. Found a doctors office who was able to schedule me an appointment the next day. No long waits and the staff was really concerned about us. My whole family needs to be seen and because of this staff this doctor is losing a lot of money.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Dr. B is the best Family practice doctors I have had in 25 years...his kindess and professionalism are the standards every doctor should have!
