There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.
