They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They played the typical, annoying elevator music. It did not make for a pleasing environment. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one.
