Lynn did an excellent job on both tests she performed. Dr. Dehan's nurse was very friendly and helpful. My issue was with the front office staff. Not friendly, seemed only concerned with collecting my payment than how my treatment was going, i.e. I tried to engage the front desk staff in conversation and got this response instead..."your copayment is $...". Dr. Dehan was friendly, but I had to ask what exactly he thought my diagnosis was, but he did prescribe the correct treatment which cured my issue which I am grateful for. So overall, the Dr. and Nurse figured out what was going on and provided the proper treatment, but your front office staff could use a lot of customer service training, they were cold and unfriendly. I felt like a number, not a patient and customer.

Dr. Dehan and staff here are awesome! I've been putting off this surgery for years until recently I decided to get it done. I was basically deaf in my left ear with a hole in my eardrum and would get nasty infections in it when I would go swimming. Today dr. Dehan said I can go swimming! I can hear perfectly now thank you Dr. Dehan!
