This guy did major surgery on me years ago. He had an intern in the office when he told me I was having it and told the intern that you "simplify" the information greatly because most of your patients wouldn't understand what you're talking about anyway." Pumped the insurance for all it was worth. After surgery, still in the hospital, I ran a fever (later found it was because of the bypass tubes) for a few evenings. He didn't know what to do except run a bunch of tests. He also gave me an "unneeded" transfusion (knowing even then that non-A non-B was rampant in the blood supply). Within a couple of months I had symptoms of hepatitis that I was unaware of at that time. I also had a false positive on another test that couldn't possibly have tested positive for within a year of that surgery. I was sent back to him by another doctor because I knew that it had to have been the transfusion that was causing something--of course he steered it another way, admitting nothing, and leaving me to find out that I had Hep C two decades later. At that time he was younger and making a business for himself but egotistical and arrogant. I was much younger then, ignorant of such treatment and vulnerable to such arrogance but I would bet that the lack of empathy for his patients is probably still a big part of him.

They definitely could have used a few continuing education courses to keep them up to date with all the medical advancements. The advice they were giving me seemed outdated. I've heard some negative stories and some decent ones. I don't think this is the right provider for me. There's no way I'll ever be back to this provider. I don't think that my provider will find a solution to my situation. I better find someone else. I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't seem to know what they were doing at all.

Dr, is a JERK. staff told me I had tested positive for cancer on first phone call, that is illegal and could have killed me emotionally and literally, went through the biopsy. After test, the good news was I was CLEAR, no trace, His last remark was that I had cancer they just didn't find it and I should test every 3 months, What a jerk. Nurse should have been fired on the spot, malpractice waiting to happen, Jerk is not what I would normally say. They sent a reappointment letter, followed by a this is a serious matter letter, followed by a threat for collection even though payments have been made...with in a week or two of each other.
