I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.

I have been a patient of Dr. Matocha for 25 years and have found him to be exceptional in every aspect of his practice.

He has a natural way of explaining his procedures and complex medical terms.

I would and have recommended Dr. Matocha without reservation to anyone looking for a family doctor.

My only complaint is that his office staff rotates frequently and is not the sharpest crew in town. Often it takes days and in one case weeks to get a response to routine questions. That said, it's a minor inconvenience for having the peace of mind that comes from working with Dr. Matocha

In addition, he generally has an excellent Physician's Assistant or Nurse Practitioner on staff for non-critical emergency issues.
I've used several over the years at his office and find them to all share his competent,caring, practical approach.

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
Did this provider rush your appointment?
No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted
