They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
