II have always felt like they are family. The environment is one that immediately relaxes you. The doctor immediately puts you at ease by getting all information from you, and then he explains what is going to happen. The nurse also prepares you and they are talking to you each step of the way so there are no surprises. The doctor is very good about explaining all procedures and very patient in answering all questions. It is a sad thing that he will be going into a "leave of absence" although I wish him well. All his staff is excellent!!
