I did not approve of Dr. Gonzalez getting in my child's face and raising her voice then demanding of me to do something about it as she turned her back away from us in disgust. What would help Dr. Gonzalez is to take into account her own demeanor and impatience towards my child before making any unnecessary comments about my child's behavior. My child has been seen by this doctor about four times, only, when my child's primary doctor is not available. I have been very patient with her criticizing comments about my child at each visit, but I have concluded that Dr. Gonzalez's demeanor contributes greatly to my child's discomfort. My child's primary pediatrician has never had any issues or complaints about my child. In fact, my child and nephew feel completely at ease with their primary doctor at each visit. For this reason, if my child's primary doctor is not available, I would rather seek medical services at another practice for my child.
