My appointment was at 11:30 , i arrived at 10:45..after waiting and hour i was put in exam room for 30 minutes before he finally appeared and said he will be back in two minutes, 30 minutes went by and i am still sitting like an idiot....i went out and asked a nurse what is going on...first she could not find my chart then gave all kind stupid excuses and told me to be patient...finally another young girl came in that hardly spoke any English and told be he is coming in to look at my back....finally he came in looking all lost had no idea that he had stopped already to say he will be back. he looked at my back and said i need some injections and he needed xrays....after what i saw i told him i will talk to my husband about it ....when i got home and told my husband what happened and i would like another opinion...we decided to look at dr Fraser ratings in medical board and could not believe that he is under supervision from Texas medical board and can not see any female patient without a chaperon present....due to some wild behavior with some woman patient i guess and over medicating....i feel the nurse should have told me that is reason for all this wait....Stay a way from this Clinic and read about this doctor on austin medical board !

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount.
