This review is about Dr. Eideman staff . I was always to believe that patients personal business is personal . Amy is very rude and she tries so little to cover it up that u see it in her face and my wife was talking to her about her appointment and she rudely said she could come in noon or two months from now and hung up in her face . This is not the first time she has been like this she talks about patients with other staff members and we can clearly hear her conversations . Very rude she is and as my wife is one of Dr. Eideman patients who have referred plenty patients to him I wouldn't want them to experience her unprofessional acts.

My husband made an appointment for this doctor for 11:45 AM and we were told to arrive 15 min early to fill out paperwork which we did. We waited for 3 hours and 45 min and never saw the doctor. The girl working at the front desk in the office told us that this doctor routinely runs 4-6 hours behind. The waiting room smells and the chairs are dirty and torn, there is no tv, no coffee, no water. The girl then told us that normally when someone is referred to this doctor "the person will tell them about the doctor's long wait times." I was astounded that she was attempting to put the blame on the person who referred us (which by the way was a third party we did not directly speak to.) They behaved as if this was a routine of theirs that we should have been accepting of, although the person we made the appointment went very well could have warned us about the long wait. I do not understand why if they know that this doctor routinely runs behind, they do not adjust their scheduling??
