The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.
