I find Dr. Brajer warm, patient and very caring. He listens carefully and is reassuring. I like that he assigns homework for me to follow through with and expects me to take an active part in my wellness. I respect that he is a doctor and a man, not God. I have the highest regard and respect for him. I am amazed at the amount of time he spends with me on each visit . Very thorough.

As Medical Power of Attorney and caregiver for my elderly mother with dementia, My mother is 87 years old and Dr. Allen Brajer has seen her for several years. I found Dr. Brajer difficult to deal with. As a woman, I felt that he was sexiest in his actions. I have been to five appointments and they have left me drained & stressed. He will not discuss labs, or any matters regarding treatment of my mother with me. I asked specific questions about her kidney result, to be told " they'll hold up" ! I was shocked. He took offense to my questions & walked out ending the appointment. He said I would have to reschedule her appointment for another time. I complained to Patient Relations @ United Regional Health Care about this matter and will change doctors as a result.
