I have been a patient at this office for almost 20 years. I have been well satisfied with the staff and physicians. When I am ill I am almost always seen the same day. When I have had a serious problem, they have taken care of it or arranged for me to be seen by an appropriate specialist. Care is always taken to find the best medication available at the most reasonable price; samples are frequently given for a trial before a new new medication (new for me) is prescribed. My physician runs late often; however, I know they sometimes have to work in a sick patient.

They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. They didn't treat their staff well at all. They were very rude and demanding and I could tell the staff was miserable.
