Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I waited in the waiting room an hour and a half and they never even called me up to collect my co-pay. I left. Didn't get my lab results. I called several times to get a refill on my prescription and every time they said they would call me back but never did. They said I needed to come in so I ask for 2 pills until i could get there. They said they would call me back. They never did.
