Dr. Morales has got to be the worst Dr. in Texas, in Brownwood for sure. He rarely calls my mother-in-law back or if he does its his nurse and 3 days later. She has been seeing him for a number of years now and it seems like he doesn't care if she or my niece live or die anymore. He will not call Rx in to pharmacy then says "That 10 day supply you had should have lasted 20 days", the nurse told her it should have lasted 30 days. It just seems as though he has his head somewhere besides helping his patients. If he does not want to treat me anymore he should at least have the nerve to tell me as much.

Dr. Morales was the doctor on call today, 11/30/09. My regular doctor was on vacation and not returning until 12/07/09, I am having severe back pain and was told by my doctor's office to call 325-643-3300. Dr. Morales' nurse, Christina, returned my call and said that he wanted me to go to the One Source Clinic in Early. What good does it do to have a doctor "on call" if he refuses to see other doctor's patients? I would not recommend this doctor to my worst enemy. I will be writing a letter of complaint to the Heart of Texas Internal Medicine Associates, P.A. in Brownwood, TX (where he practices) along with a copy to the Brownwood Regional Hospital to let them know what kind of a person Dr. Morales is.

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
