I was uncomfortable that they were reluctant to seek any sort of outside advice when they didn't have an answer for my question. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.One thing that I appreciated about this office was their waiting room. The chairs were nice-very comfortable.

They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. I couldn't believe how cold it was in their office. I was honestly starting to get numb from the cold. It felt just like I was outside in the snow. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time.
