I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. They are not the friendliest doctor in the world, but they are nice enough. I can't really complain about their bedside manner. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return.

Take my advice and *DO NOT GO TO THIS DR* Save yourself the TIME. His wait is 1 to 2 hours then he will see you very quickly. Dr Ochoa is in and out with his patients. He talks very fast and never lets me get a word in about whats wrong with me or my children. He has also has forgotten to write us prescipts due to him being RUSHED. He is horrible!!! Waste of time and money
