They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time.
