Dr. Carreno comes across as a competent MD, spends time with the patient, listens to concerns and explains procedures. I would recommend him as a PCP - however, his support staff is just about useless. Combative on the phone, rude, doesn't call back with test results and is only focused on one thing - getting you off the phone. It's a shame because I did like the Dr. but the last thing I need in this life is to put up with poorly supervised healthcare workers - getting a copy of my medical records and moving on to a place that appreciates me as a person and of course, my hard earned dollars.

Their office is not set up well. They didn't help at all. They have terrible customer service and don't call patients back. They definitely were not willing or able to answer the majority of the questions I had. Doctor sent me to labs that I had to pay for and has never got back with me. DON'T GO TO THIS DOCTOR, unless you just want to waste your time.
