After waiting a month for an appointment and TWO AND A HALF HOURS TO BE SEEN, For less than ten minutes, I was told nothing but lies. All I needed was Dr. Smith's signature on an application for financial assistance on receiving a much needed medication that runs around $3,000. A month. He said I wouldn't need the application as he had reps that would provide me with this medication. His exact words were, It's not WHAT you know, it's WHO you know. A week later I was called back to his office to put my signature to the paper work Dr. Smith had said we wouldn't need. Two weeks later, I called his office to follow up on the application. I was told by Jennifer she would check on it and call me back. Eight days later, with still no return call, I called the medication providers myself and they informed me they had not received the paperwork. Calling Dr. Smith's office again, I was on hold for 30 minutes and 22 seconds. I hung up and called back and spoke to Jennifer who has said, once again, she will call me back. I paid $75.00 for the office visit and waited two and a half hours to see this poor excuse for a healthcare provider and all that's happened is he has my 75.00.
