They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. What made my experience a lot more comfortable was the doctor's amazing bedside manner. I've never had a provider be so friendly and welcoming! I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.
