They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

I arrived at Dr. Sonkin's office a few minutes before my appointment. As soon as I finished the paperwork, I was taken back to see the doctor. I waited only seconds before his assistant came in and met with me and then as soon as she left, Dr. Sonkin arrived. I can't remember the last time I got to see a doctor so fast. Dr. Sonkin is extremely professional, but also caring. While I know he has many other patients to see besides me, he did not rush through my appointment. He thoroughly examined my eyes and took the time to respond to all of my questions and explained in detail about what I needed to do at home. He also sent a letter to my main opthamologist about my visit and his findings.
